Shipping Policy

As many of our designers produce independently in small batches or to order, shipping timelines may vary by item.

In Stock: Ships within 1 to 3 days of purchase.
Made to Order: Ships within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase.
Bespoke & Custom: Ships within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase.

Estimated processing times may be noted on the product page. If you have a specific deadline or would like an estimate, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Methods

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99
Express shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS depending on the destination and available service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Return Policy

Returns are valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since delivery, returns will not be accepted.

If you have an issue with your order or want to start a return, please contact us with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Return Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:

Item is defective
Item is not as described

Items must be in original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Items will be inspected to ensure the listed criteria is met. We reserve the right to not issue a refund.
Please note: without proof of purchase (receipt or purchase order), we cannot issue a refund.
